Charlotte Owen works in the Association for Decentralised Energy’s policy team as a Policy Officer with a focus on heat networks and energy efficiency. Charlotte is leading the ADE’s engagement on the future market framework for heat networks, and will be working with industry and government over the coming year to ensure that forthcoming regulation works for all those involved. Prior to joining the ADE, Charlotte worked in public affairs and communications in the property and planning sector after completing her BA in International Politics from King’s College London.
