Bio:
Jo Dicks is the Environmental Quality & Growth Manager for Cambridge City Council. His role involves managing a team of environmental scientists, engineers and environmental health officers, covering areas including environmental compliance, policy development, and planning consultation, and projects, including home energy efficiency and EV charge point installation. Currently working to deliver improved energy efficiency to fuel poor homes across Cambridgeshire through LAD1b funding from BEIS and installing a network of Rapid charge points for taxis funded by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles OLEV (now OZEV). Jo has worked at Cambridge City Council primarily on air quality, climate change and related environmental issues for over 20 years. He holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and an LLB from King’s College London.
