John is an experienced consultant and leader in sustainability who has been at the forefront of public and private sustainability policy development, and advisory of commercial organisations, government, utilities, and regulators. In 2020 he joined Copperleaf –a global leader in Asset Investment Management and Planning software – where he’s dedicated to applying decision analytics to optimize asset investment decisions that account for the evolving risks and opportunities due to climate change. He has a BSc. In Mechanical Engineering, a double master’s degree in engineering and Management, and is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Energy Engineer with the Energy Institute.
