Bio:

Vlada Kolosyuk is a Senior Policy Manager at Ofgem, leading on the Low Carbon Infrastructure Strategic Change Programme. Prior to joining Ofgem in 2019, Vlada has worked as an economic advisor at Ofcom and ORR, specialising in network regulation. She holds an Economics degree from the University of Warwick.
